Timothy D. Tobitt, DrPH, RN, FNP
Primary care provider with specific interest in Family and Public Health.
Board Certified in Family Practice.
Doctorate in Public Health Medicine with a primary focus on community wellness from the University of Colorado.
Family Nurse Practitioner from Tennessee Technological University.
Acute Care Practitioner from the University of Maryland at Rockville.
Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from Cumberland University.
Associate's degree in nursing (AAS) from Columbia State C.C.
Over 20 years of various healthcare experiences.
Tennessee native-growing up in the Fall Creek Falls area of Van Buren County. He currently resides in Smithville, TN with his wife Amy and their four children Caroline Grace, Madelyn Nicole, Hannah Elizabeth and Samuel Levi.
2013-Received the inaugural Jeanette C. Rudy Excellence in Nursing award from Cumberland University and the Rudy estate. This honor is awarded to an alumnus who has maintained exemplary standards of care and advanced the practice of nursing.

Amy Tobitt, Director of Billing/Patient Accounts
Graduate Tennessee Technological University, receiving both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees. 
Amy is a native of DeKalb county. She has been a high school teacher and coach. She now directs the day to day activities of our billing/patient accounts department. Amy has become very savvy with learning the inner workings of healthcare billing and insurance coverage and can use that experience to help you. Notify her with any billing questions or concerns.
 Medical Assisting/Nursing:

Rachael Martin, LPN

Rachael joins our team after working with a medical/psychiatric practice in McMinnville, TN. She has a vast background in healthcare with a special interest in women's health and pediatrics.

Rachael is a DeKalb county native and resides in Smithville with her husband Jimmy and their children Brayden, Kylie and Nate. She is active in the community with sports and church related programs.

Nicole Cripps, RN
Nicole joins out practice after a long stint with Centennial Medical Centers pediatric/neonatal ICU. She and her husband, Jordan, live here in Smithville with their children, Christian and Claire. She is very involved in the community and is a certified CrossFit coach.

Debra Robinson, Front Office
Debra has over 25 years of healthcare related experience. Many of you may remember her from home health or durable medical equipment services. Debra brings her vast knowledge to our clinic to help keep day to day operations running smoothly so that your experience will be a pleasurable one. 
Debra is a native and lifetime resident of DeKalb county and continues to be involved in numerous community organizations and events. She has two sons, Tyler and Chip, a daughter in law Jessica, a granddaughter Hayden and the youngest her grandson Jordan. Debra takes a special interest in people and their needs and always greats you with a smile.
Joyce Alexander, Reception
Many will recognize Joyce since you may have been one of her students. Joyce is a native and lifetime resident of DeKalb county and is a retired 3rd grade teacher. Her immediate family consists of her husband Tommy and their two sons Rob and David, daughter in law Lori and grandsons Brantley and Camden, but she will be happy to treat you like her extended family.
Laura Reed, Reception/Scheduling
Laura joins our office after completing her Bachelor's degree in Communications from Tennessee Tech. She has numerous years of working in the community. She is a native of Smithville, TN. She is active in numerous community events but enjoys CrossFit, gymnastics and other sports related activities. Call her with any scheduling questions.

Paying for Treatment Is Easy
If your insurance covers your visit there is nothing more to do. Copayments are required on the day you visit. If you do not have insurance, or prefer to pay out-of-pocket, we accept cash, personal check, credit, or debit cards.
